   Cosmos Energy is an independent legal entity, established in November 2006, after Cosmos Shipping decided to separate its activities – ship bunkering, operating of tanker fleet and ship agency.

      Cosmos Energy Ltd. has been registered and certified as a VAT reclaim agent since 01.06.201. Ukraine has been included in the list of countries which have the right to refund VAT, effectively paid in transactions with Bulgarian partners in Bulgaria.
